COVID-19

COVID-19

On behalf of the Safety NetAccess team,

We know that Coronavirus (COVID-19) is a concern for many of you and that your business could be directly impacted. I wanted to personally reach out to let you know what Safety NetAccess is doing to ensure we continue to meet and exceed your expectations during this time.

The role our network plays in keeping people connected is incredibly important in times like these and our help desk will remain open 24/7 to assist with any issues that may arise. We are closely watching staff levels and testing our back up facilities to ensure that there will be no interruption to our teams’ ability to support you and your guests.

As we monitor and learn more about the spread of COVID-19 in our communities, we want to be transparent about what we are doing as a company to protect our customers and employees. To limit the spread of COVID-19, we have instructed our employees who can work from home to do so and have limited our offices to essential staff only. Additionally, if any of our employees interact with customers and the general public, we have taken steps to limit their exposure to the virus.

We have placed restrictions on travel, are postponing large-scale events, limiting the size of meetings, and continue to reinforce safe behavior in every environment. We are in continuous communication with our employees to remind them about the importance of good hygiene and to provide them with health education and support as needed.

We are closely monitoring updates from the  Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the  World Health Organization  (WHO) regarding COVID-19. We will continue to seek guidance from these agencies, public health officials and government agencies on a recurring basis. To learn how you can protect yourself against the spread of the COVID-19,  please visit the CDC and WHO website links above.

The safety and health of our customers and employees is of the utmost importance and we will be monitoring the COVID-19 situation thoroughly and updating our policies as the need arises.

We are wishing all of you great health, now, and always.

Regards,

Sean Gorman
