Make sure your workforce is secure at home

HomeWorx is a simplified solution, that is easy to implement and provides unlimited security protection, even when employees work from their home network.

Wi-Fi

HomeWorx provides your home office environment with its own, private secure wireless signal (aka SSID). By keeping this signal limited to your home office, and separate from your home Wi-Fi devices, you are adding an important level of security to your network, further protecting it from intruders, viruses and more.

Auto-Configuration

Setting up a wireless network with enterprise grade security and settings is not for everyone. The HomeWorx product has been pre-setup to auto configure on your network in the most secure way possible. Complete with enterprise grade security and settings, based on many, many years of experience and IT best practices.

Secure

To avoid security breaches and amplify cyber security, HomeWorx includes a firewall, 24x7x365 network support and enterprise equipment built to keep your Wi-Fi operational and your home office secure. Additionally, once installed, HomeWorx will continue to auto-install the latest firmware and software updates, always keeping your home office protected.

HomeWorx is a subscription service. This service includes a HomeWorx appliance that will provide Wi-Fi service to an end user and in the cases of the HomeWorx Plus users, two Ethernet ports for wired devices. For Essential and Plus customers the service includes remote assistance to setup the equipment, 24x7 remote technical support for issues with connectivity related to the HomeWorx appliance and advanced hardware replacement for faulty equipment. The service does not replace the need for a local Internet provider. The equipment supplied to the customer remains the property of Safety NetAccess. Original packaging must be saved to return equipment upon cancelation. See cancelation policy.

Cancelations may be made by canceling the subscription service and returning the HomeWorx Appliance and power cord. To cancel the subscription, go to our STORE and select cancel. This will cancel the automatic renewal. Once the subscription service has expired ship the HomeWorx Appliance in the original packaging to:

Safety NetAccess, Inc.
Attn: HomeWorx
6334 Cephis Drive
Clemmons, NC 27012

Equipment must be returned within 10 days after the subscription has expired or the subscription will be pro-rated until the equipment has been received. If the HomeWorx Appliance is not returned within 15 days of the service expiration or is returned damaged a cancelation fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file and the service will be terminated.

Cancelation of service prior to the subscription expiration must be emailed to homeworxsupport@safetynetaccess.com with the reason for cancelation. All cancelation requests with a request for refund will be considered, but SNA holds the right to refuse a cancelation if there were no issues with service during the time of subscription.

HomeWorx Employee Readiness Checklist

In order to have the service work without issues the local clients will need to have a profile on their devices with the same SSID and WPA2 encryption key, so the devices will automatically connect to the Wi-Fi network.

The HomeWorx kit includes 10 foot patch cable(s) to connect devices and a 6 foot power cable. Employees should have an idea where to install the HomeWorx appliance prior to receiving the equipment.

Support will need this information for technical support calls or requests.

Please ensure the employee can place the HomeWorx appliance close enough to connect to the ISP modem, the IP phone & the printer. Three 10 foot patch cables are provided.

For companies that want the added security of limiting the devices that can connect to HomeWorx, have you documented the MAC Addresses of those devices?
